By accessing, browsing, or using our website, or by placing an order on kwikshop, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User/Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies posted on our website. 1. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use our website and purchase products, you must:

Reside in Nigeria (or have a valid delivery address in Nigeria, as we only ship within Nigeria).
You have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts (e.g., there are no legal obstacles preventing you from entering into agreements).
When creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with our team, please provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including contact details, shipping address, and payment information).
2. Account Creation and Responsibility
By creating an account on our website, you agree to:

3. Product Information and Inventory Status
a. Accuracy of Product Details
We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information (including specifications, prices, images, and inventory status) on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details are 100% accurate. If errors occur (e.g., incorrect pricing, incorrect specification descriptions), we reserve the right to correct the errors and notify you promptly. If you have ordered the wrong product, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund (or, where applicable, offer you the option to reorder at the correct price).
b. Product Inventory Status
All products listed on our website are in stock. Due to high demand or supply chain issues, some products may be temporarily out of stock. If you find that the item you ordered is out of stock after placing your order, we will:
Notify you via email or SMS within 24 hours of discovering the out-of-stock situation.
We will provide you with a full refund (the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-5 business days), or you can choose to exchange it for a similar item of equal or higher value (at no extra cost if in stock).
4. Order Placement and Processing
a. How to Place an Order
To purchase items from kwikshop, you must:
Add the desired items to your cart.
Proceed to checkout, where you will be asked to provide your shipping address, contact information, and payment information.
View your order summary (including product details, quantity, price, and shipping costs) and confirm your order.
Your order is considered "placed" when you click the "Confirm Order" button and receive an order confirmation email from us (sent to the email address associated with your account). This confirmation email does not signify that your order has been "accepted"—we reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion (e.g., if we suspect fraud, incorrect product information, or product shortage).
b. Order Confirmation
Once the products have shipped from our warehouse, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation Email" (containing a tracking number) to confirm your order. Only after we send this shipping confirmation email does a binding contract exist between you and kwikshop.
c. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All product prices on our website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes (such as VAT). Shipping costs will be added at checkout (see our "Shipping Information Policy" for details). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders (confirmed via shipping confirmation email).
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile payments (such as MTN Mobile Money, Glo Cash), and bank transfers (through our partner payment processors).
